Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

In the browser there is only one way to organize the bookmarks, and
that's the drag and drop function.

My problem is that the drag and drop function sometimes doesn't work at all,
but only sometimes.
Sometimes it's annoying when you want to organize something and it suddenly
doesn't work.

If it happens to someone then you can restart the browser and the drag
and drop function works again, but I don't know how to recall the bug,
because it's too irregular.

The problem is similar to #551090, maybe.
