Seams that your partision/harddisk order has changed since grub was installed.
LS threw the different partision to find the one where grub is installed on.

Then type
set
correct the two values to the correct partision

load the linux mod
insmod /boot/grub/linux.mod

load linux
linux (path to your kernel)
load initrd
initrd (path to your initrd)

boot

Then completely remove grub-pc and reinstall it.
