Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: synaptic

Updates of a day or so ago (8-Aug-2010) seem to have removed synaptic from my
system.
I can use apt-get, that wasn't affected.
I had to re-install aptitude manually.
And I haven't got synaptic and don't seem to be able to find it. Was it removed
from the apt package?
