Hi Micah, Ubuntu has updated flashpugin-nonfree to v10. Still no joy. I have found where to uninstall flashplugin-nonfree and have completely removed it. Still unable to play video from Youtube, for example. I have installed adobe flash plugin (without (flashplugin-nonfree). No video. I have removed adobe flash plugin and installed flashplugin nonfree. No video. I have now re-installed adobe flash plugin, leaving flashplugin-nonfree installed. Still no video. Mozilla Firefox does not report adobe flash plugin as being installed via about:plugins Sorry for my confusion around this.
