Well, what can I say?
Right now I've inserted a DVD+R with recorded, by LG DVD recorder, video.
The process has been over perfectly, without any error message.
There's been a message that the disk is empty now and at the same time the
DVD drive's been opened.
My disk was really empty - Brasero erased my disk. IUt DID it. But...
When I've inserted the same disk (empty now) once again, my system didn't
recognised it as an empty disk, and, when I've tried to write an image on
that disk, Brasero said that there's no approporiate disk (sorry, I don't
know how they say in English 'cos I use Russian Ubuntu).
After that I launched K3B. Without any word, it recognised my erased disk
and wrote onto it an information I wanted (a DVD iso image). And now I
have what I wanted - but not through Gnome (Brasero) but through KDE
(K3B). So i still use KDE for these proposes. It's too sad 'cos I want my
system to be enterely Gnome-like.
Well, if you want to know, I've updated my system not so long ago.

Linux kernel 2.6.32-24-generic
GNOME 2.30.2
Brasero 2.30.2-0ubuntu1

Nevertheless, Brasero still doesn't work.
P.S. Sorry for my English, it's not my native language. I'm from Russia.
I'll be glad if I could help you to fix and improve this application. I do
love open source!
