This is probably fairly straightforward to glue into partman-auto; it
can use /usr/lib/base-installer/dmi-available-memory if it's available
(though if and when we get round to merging this upstream, that's not
really a great place for it).

After this, no change to ubiquity beyond a routine update to the new
partman-auto should be needed.
