well I can say that the bug appears with Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope... you can reproduce it installing a fresh install of Jaunty in a computer with only CD-RW device (it doesnt have troubles with CD/DVD drives) well this post is too old.... Lucid Lynx is too cool and since I have installed Lucid I dont have any trouble ^^
