Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: casper

Using PXE to boot 10.10 alpha 2 & 3 LiveCDs over NFS from a loopback-
mounted ISO on an IPv4 network connecting to Jaunty server. Works with
Lucid. Doesn't get an IP so nfsmount can't find the server. Looks like
ipconfig is missing a device argument.

Ubuntu installer menu entry:

label ubuntumavericka3i386live
        menu label Ubuntu (Gnome) 10.10a3 (Maverick Meerkat) 32-bit (i386)
LiveCD
        kernel /isomnt/ubuntu-10.10a3-desktop-i386/casper/vmlinuz
        append initrd=/isomnt/ubuntu-10.10a3-desktop-i386/casper/initrd.lz
boot=casper netboot=nfs
nfsroot=192.168.11.8:/srv/tftpboot/isomnt/ubuntu-10.10a3-desktop-i386 --
