I'm reporting the same bug. Though I should add my comments. I've noticed this with and without killing pulseaudio. I usually notice it when streaming songs i.e. web radio / flash / youtube etc. On playback with local files it tends to run ok for a time then starts to skip / crackle after a few songs.
