Sebastian, Sorry for the delay in answering - I only just got home from work.
I looked in both those locations, and they both give me the same dialog. Maybe I'm being dumb, but I cannot find where to disable the CD. I can see checkboxes for Main, Universe, Restricted and Multiverse, but not to disable the install CD as a repository. See attached screenshot. And in fact, the first time I installed anything, it asked for the install CD. I had to manually edit sources.lst before it would download anything. This is Feisty Beta we're talking about. The dialog is very different to the Edgy one. But maybe I just don't understand the new dialog box. Regards, Steve.
