Please use the "keymap" tool as described in
/usr/share/doc/udev/README.keymap.txt.gz to check which scan and key
codes those keys produce with num lock on.  There's nothing we can do
about it on the udev side anyway, presumably it's either a hardware or a
BIOS problem, or there's another key for switching between cursor and
number mode. But let's see what these keys give us.
