Serge, I've gotten the bridge configuration set up and everything seems stable and working after a few hours of testing. Obviously we'll keep watching it over the next few days. Thanks for the suggestion for the workaround. It'd be nice to understand the issue with the original configuration but it looks like bridging guests with the host's physical Ethernet device gives us a path forward.
