I'm going to take a risk here and gamble that you don't want a bug report for every type of phone that a bluetooth problem exists for. If I am wrong, please let me know, and i'll create my own bug report.
I have a samsung phone. Samsung SGH-L700. Sending files, either way (computer to phone, or phone to computer) works fine. As soon as I try to browse the device, there is a problem. When I choose this option in Ubuntu, my phone asks "Permit to get your file?" I choose 'Yes'. Invariably, I will see (on my ubuntu screen) a new window flash and disappear so quick I am still not even sure that is what it is. My phone's bluetooth symbol returns from red to blue, and the process is aborted. Sometimes, when I am really lucky, Ubuntu gets to see the root contents of the phone. If I then try to dig deeper, by double clicking on a child folder, it will hang for a few seconds, and then the nautilus frame will disappear, and again, the whole process will be halted. Not sure what I can give you to help for this..... Please give me any advice ... what I can provide to help. regards, sean -- Cannot browse files on HTC P3650 (Windows Mobile) cell phone via Bluetooth https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/409453 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
