Hi,
This card is reported to work great. But: On about 10 boots, 5 freezes (no
dmesg, sorry), on 4 card is not recognized, 1 it's ok. When it works, it works
well...
Tried with 2.6.31-11-rt, 2.6.33-realtime from Bogano's PPA, 2.6.32-generic, and
Ubuntu (regular) Karmic. In Karmic, driver doesn't load automatically (have to
run hdsploader), but same happens: sometimes freezes, sometimes works.
My notebook is an Axxiv (compal jfl92), Ubuntu-Studio 10.04.1, and others
mentioned...
I used to suffer this bug too (seems to be ok since ~2.6.28): #217849... maybe
