My apologies, but I was having so many issues with the system in question that I sold it. I no longer have access to it for diagnostic purposes. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Since it will be difficult to move forward with this ticket, I guess the only option is to close it or allow it to expire. Thank you for getting back to me.
