Installed usb-modeswitch and libusb-dev but it still does not recognize
the built-in 3G card un2420.
What information can I provide?

Sorry, I think I was a bit to fast there.
Could you try installing these two packages:
usb-modeswitch libusb-dev
and then rebooting your computer, to see if that makes the modem work?
