 Well, I can understand losing trust in that to happen - though when
looking at the abook-devel list, there started a bit of traffic again
recently, and I finally got commit access. Hope to find some time to
devote to it soonish.

 Right, might finally make sense. Will try to turn this into a FFe
bugreport for a syncrequest from Debian experimental.

 Please though notice that the version in Debian only sits in
experimental so it doesn't have that big of exposure.
