I just inspected the source for gmail (which is most links I click in prism demonstrating the wrong behavior) and the html looks like: <a href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=559524"; target="_blank">https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/<wbr>show_bug.cgi?id=559524</a> So this upstream bug is not covering this issue (for me atleast).
