As it turns out I'm still getting those warnings (both types, reproducible on two systems).
To reproduce: 1. ) Start a desktop session with the appmenu applet. 2. ) Remove the applet. 3. ) Start Nautilus and click through its menus (throws some critical warnings). 4. ) Restart Nautilus and click through its menus (throws more critical warnings plus those Gdk warnings). Sorry for not realizing the importance of the second step in the first place. I did try the attached branch but that didn't help. ** Changed in: appmenu-gtk Status: Invalid => New ** Changed in: appmenu-gtk (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => New -- dbus_g_proxy_begin_call: assertion `!DBUS_G_PROXY_DESTROYED (proxy)' failed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/624100 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
