Do you get the printer-internal configuration interface if you go to

http://192.168.2.101/

or

https://192.168.2.101/

with a web browser? Can you look there whether printing through the
network is activated and whether at least one of the JetDirect/AppSocket
or LPD protocols is activated? If not, activate one, preferably
JetDirect/AppSocket. Then run system-config-printer (System ->
Administration -> Printing), click "Add" and your printer should appear.
Check also whether there are things like a firewall in the network which
could prevent communication between your printer and your computer. Also
go into the configuration web interface of your router and make sure
that the printer always gets the same IP address and that it is
accessible for all computers in your network.
