I did not run the previous version of the kernel, as the problem solved.
Below the output of commands that was in comment #2


xxx:$ ls -al /dev/snd/c*
crw-rw----+ 1 root audio 116, 13 2010-09-06 08:08 /dev/snd/controlC0
crw-rw----+ 1 root audio 116,  5 2010-09-06 08:08 /dev/snd/controlC1

:~$ sudo apt-get install acl

acl is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 19 not upgraded.
