Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

Reproduce by typing the following command in a blank shell

for i in {1..200}; do echo "Some random echo output for line $i"; done

The following methods for scrolling are significantly slower than in OSX's
Terminal.app (I believe they're also slower than in previous versions of
Ubuntu, but I don't have anything handy to test):
* mouse-wheel scrolling
* clicking near the top of the scroll bar when all the way at the bottom
* clicking near the bottom of the scroll bar when all the way at the top
* clicking on either the top or the bottom arrow of the scroll bar

This bug makes it really hard for me to do development work in Ubuntu.
