Binary package hint: wine1.2
Wine does not recognize the Russian and Ukrainian keyboard layout.
The problem is solved by running the program with modified parameters locale:
env LANG = ru_UA.UTF-8 wine "c: / Program Files / program.exe"
During installation, Ubuntu established locale ru_UA.utf8.
So Wine does not understand the locale ru_UA.utf8, and understands the locale
ru_UA.UTF-8.
