Public bug reported:
On installing Ubuntu 10.10 everything was fine.
On downloading the MP3 playing restricted files through 'Update Manager'
the computer just does not work right.
No sound.
The 'Shut down' applet does not work.
The CPU that used to run at 1 to 6 % now runs at 50 - 60%.
The 'System Monitor' shows 2 of everything, that is 2 pulse audios.
Please help.
