Me resulta muy raro tu problema, quizá desinstalando y volviendo a instalar firefox o flash pero no estoy muy seguro. Lo que si te recomiendo es que pruebes el modo live cd de Lucid, donde puedes instalar flash y probar si funciona. Si no te importa introduce lo siguiente en el terminal (en karmic): apt-cache policy flashplugin-installer && apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree && apt-cache policy swfdec-mozilla && apt-cache policy mozilla-plugin-gnash && apt-cache policy adobe-flashplugin
