The bug was that package greasemonkey 0.8.20090123.1-0ubuntu1 failed to
install/upgrade: trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/firefox-addons/extensions
/{e4a8a97b-f2ed-450b-b12d-ee082ba24781}', which is also in package
firefox-greasemonkey and not that greasemonkey fails to update if
Firefox is open.
The package upgrade failure is fixed in the latest version
0.8.20100408.6-1 (or earlier) by letting xul-ext-greasemonkey conflict
with firefox-greasemonkey.
