This still affects me with my CK804 NVidia onboard ethernet controller. The detected MAC address is NOT correctly reversed back to its correct order. I THINK this means the list of chips to reverse needs updating, but I tried this quickly and it didn't work. I'm attaching a patch just to manually use the reverse of the detected MAC address.
I toyed with DEV_HAS_CORRECT_MACADDR and other flags but no success. -- Ethernet device's MAC address changes (causing its device number to increase by one each time) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/153727 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
