The token list can be cleaned up by hand by removing unneeded tokens from http://login.ubuntu.com/+applications and from https://one.ubuntu.com/account/machines/. We have already committed a fix to the server code where when removing tokens from the Ubuntu One desktop application or from the Ubuntu One we interface, those tokens are also removed from the Single Sign On site. But this fix is not in production yet, so you'll have to cleanup the token by hand, for now.
