I've just retested it and it appears that "Keep original audio track" is checked on the default "Audio - Vorbis" encoding profile (Which means the original FLAC audio seems to get transmitted). Unchecking it gets the corruption (Which one would assume should be chosen so it actually gets converted to the lower bitrate for streaming).
