@Vish, thank you for doing such an in-depth comparison of Vuze 4.5.0.4 and Transmission 1.93. Some of the editorializing was unhelpful, but other than that those were the most helpful datapoints I've seen to explain the behavior you're seeing.
However, I'm still not seeing the behavior you reported. I think it's likely that the difference is that I'm using Transmission 2.04+ and you're using 1.93. In the spirit of your timed snapshots of Vuze 4.5.0.4 and Transmission 1.93, I've attempted to do a similar test for Transmission 2.04+.
