Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gstreamer0.10-gl

I am using Feisty, enabled Desktop Effects, which of course running
everything OpenGL, so xv backend didn't work. I have been suggested to
use ximagesink, but it is buggy and has visual gliches.

So by steps:
1. Opening Terminal
2. sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-gl
3. Launching "gstreamer-properties"
4. Choosing Video tab, Default output, Plugin as Custom and Pipeline as
"glimagesink", Choose "Testing..." button, and everything is fine
5. Now choosing "Places => Home folder => Examples => Expierence ubuntu.ogg
6. Video is played three or four times faster that it is need to be, but sound
is fine. Video is also played in seperate window.

Video: Intel 945 chipset, Desktop Effects aka Compiz is running very smoothly
Release: Ubuntu Feisty with newest updates
