I think I have same problem. Netbook is different - Clevo M815P - but it is based on same platform: Intel Atom N450 + Intel NM10. When I boot with "acpi=off" everything ok, but without this parameter system freeze on boot. Now I install kernel 2.6.35-22-generic from repository and problem still exist.
