Your bug report shows that you installed this system fresh with Ubuntu
10.04, which would install grub2; but you have subsequently removed
grub2 in favor of grub1, without configuring it. It is recommended that
you resolve this by reinstalling grub2, with the command: 'sudo apt-get
install grub-pc'.
