...and then I killed trackerd via "killall trackerd", and I cannot find a way to have it back. Logging out-in say me that there is trackerd and tracker-indexer running, but I have no applet, and running manually tracker-applet (there is no such a thing in the applet list) does nothing.
Sigh.
