Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubufox

I had just finished changing the signal type from NTSC to PAL and
clicked to restart TVtime Television Viewer and the program will not
restart. When I click on the Main Menu entry item under Sound & Video
sub-menu the program looks like it is going to launch but, the icon just
disappears and the crash detected icon appears in the panel.

The Ubuntu version is 10.04.1 LTS

TVtime 1.0.2-5ubuntu2

I expected TVtime to restart.

It didn't.
