Serge, BTW... about "/www/af" and other directories under /www that seem to be missing, they are actually not part of Apache but my particular configuration with virtual hosts... I have some leftover .conf files in /etc/apache2/sites-available that are pointing to old sites which I have since removed. Thus the warnings... nothing to worry about...
