I'm sorry about this misunderstanding, but what I'm really saying is that it may be a bug in Firefox because it's the only application that uses a window title for the application title. All other applications have this distinction (app: gedit, window: Untitled Document 1 - gedit) so it's not actually a bug in gnome-shell.
** Summary changed: - gnome-shell's super-titlebar does not update with window title + Firefox incorrectly uses the window title as the application title in Gnome 3 ** Changed in: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed ** Package changed: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) => firefox (Ubuntu) -- Firefox incorrectly uses the window title as the application title in Gnome 3 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/646634 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
