I'm not convinced this is a Firefox bug. Firefox sets WM_NAME to the the
string it wants to be in the titlebar (which is correct, and also what
every other application is doing). The applications aren't setting any
"super name" or "application title" as you call it, but gnome-shell
looks like it is matching windows to desktop files, and using the name
in the desktop file to display in the panel.

However, the matching fails for Firefox for some reason. Other things
like Docky correctly match Firefox windows to its desktop file, so I'm
reassigning it back to gnome-shell
