Public bug reported: Binary package hint: haxe
the haxe currently available is 2.05. only haxe 2.06 will work with the new hxcpp, the haxe library for C++ support. there appear to be more compilation bugs on 64-bit platforms with haxe, such as the need for -D_64BITS and -fPIC to be passed to the compiler. see http://haxe.1354130.n2.nabble.com/hxcpp-compile-fails-on-64-bit-w-patch- td5496536.html ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: haxe 1:2.5-1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-22.33-generic 2.6.35.4 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-22-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: fglrx Architecture: amd64 Date: Fri Sep 24 18:06:59 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Beta amd64 (20100901.1) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: haxe ** Affects: haxe (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug maverick -- haxe package too old to use hxcpp library for C++ target https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/647241 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
