It's highly unlikely that transmission-gtk has failed to upgrade. Most
likely another package has failed and pulled other packages with it.
Also, the attached logs aren't complete so I can't investigate the
problem further. It may be because you have chosen to send a brief
report instead of the full one or apport has failed to gather required
data. Either way I'm closing this report - feel free to open a new one
if you manage to gather more data.
