@charles - I apologize for my impatience and I appreciate your continued support of this issue. Rate limiting is probably much more difficult than it may seem at the layer in which you are coding; when the layer underneath your code wants to do everything full-blast, I guess the best you can do is queue every transfer up, and stall the queue so that everything averages out to the user set limits. That my conceptualization of it, and that's probably wrong or "easier said that done". Thank you.
