I tried to reproduce the crash as well, but no cigar. The last thing I did before it crashed was to click a torrent, clicked the butten with the gear icon, selected "choices" (this is in norwegian so I'm not sure about the wording) the tab furtermost to the right, marked the little square for limiting the downloadspeed and then the close button.
