All of the logs that you have attached look clean. There is no evidence
of the resource conflict as originally reported. Try booting the daily
ISO from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current as soon as the
manifest includes linux-image-2.6.20-14 or higher. Attach (do not paste
inline) the output of these commands:

sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.txt
lspci -vv > lspcivv.txt
lspci -vvn > lspcivvn.txt
dmesg > dmesg.txt
cat /proc/interrupts > interrupts.txt

Please attach each file individually and uncompressed.
