Similar to bug #390708
I have a calDav calendar connected to Exchange webmail via Davmail, and
it usually works fine.
Sometimes though, you can't enable the checkbox to show the calendar, it
just does not respond. Logging in and out and restarting Davmail has no
effect.
I can enable the Google calendar and local calendars OK.
I am behind an HTTP proxy, but the exchange server does not use it, as
that is local.
