Hi! When other package managers like synaptic, apt-get, software-
properties are running, we have to wait until these are quit before
software-center can run it's transactions. In the latest version of
software-center we display the name of the package manager which we are
waiting for. This should help greatly in identifying why we are waiting.
Every now and then we will be waiting for an application to quit which
is not running - this occurs when programs like synaptic etc are forced
to quit - a reboot should solve this issue. I'll mark this bug as fixed
because naming the precise application we are waiting for is the best we
can do here. Please continue to report any bugs you may find in
software-center. Thanks again for your help!
