I agree that lets take these problems down 1-by-1. However I remind that there was the original problem that raids were not set active in 1st place. So, before I could aproach installer I had to manually activate "dmraid .ay". And that was also the probelm with 804 -> 1004 upgrade i.e. boot sequence dropped to initramfs were manual command recovered the discs.
