can you please run a memtest from the liveCD, then run a s.m.a.r.t. test for your Hd drive. Please attach here this files /var/log/syslog /var/log/dmesg /var/log/kern.log /var/log/Xorg.0.log and all the files in /var/log/installer directory Thanks Fabio
