Hi ! Same thing on Ubuntu server 10.4.1 (linux 2.6.32-24 x86). But I found a workaround to enable WOL after every S3 sleeps.
First, stop the NIC : echo 1 > /sys/class/net/eth0/device/remove Then, restart it from the PCI bus : echo 1 > /sys/class/pci_bus/0000:00/device/0000:00:00.0/rescan Do it after each resume (or before each standby).
