Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

Sometimes, gsd-xrandr gives obsolete and wrong info about attached displays and
their rotateability.
Step to reproduce bug:
1. connect external monitor to laptop, activate dual display, not as mirrors
2. hibernate without deactivating external monitor first
3. resume

Normally, both display are rotateable.
