1. Can you disconnect the active USB hub and plug the mouse into your computer directly? In that case, does the problem still occur? 2. Run this command: $ sudo lsusb -v > usb.txt Then attach the usb.txt file to this ticket (or the upstream ticket at http://trac.yorba.org/ticket/2552 - either is fine). 3. Run Shotwell like this: $ SHOTWELL_LOG=1 shotwell Reproduce the problem (which I assume happens immediately and constantly) then exit Shotwell. Then attach the file ~/.cache/shotwell/shotwell.log to this ticket. 4.
